i4 Connect Foundation feels proud to be part of the First Conclave of Future Women Leadership Program organized by Global Woman Foundation at Telangana State Police Academy from 1st September to 3rd September, 2023. This was a gathering of 60 plus women from multidisciplinary backgrounds across India from government, non government and corporate sectors. We had inputs from civil servants, IIM and ISB professors on various topics on strategic thinking, emotional intelligence, leadership and breaking gender stereotypes. 

Mrs. Kiran Bedi inaugurated the session with her powerful speech that “Empowered women who reach tough and unconventional positions do not make sacrifices but real choices in their lives” , how it is important to have that clarity in mind. Mrs. Aruna Bahuguna IPS shared her real life experience how she overcame several forms of discrimination and challenges in professional life being a woman police officer to prove her grit and determination. We also listened to many more insights from sports personality, Mrs. Saina Nehwal and actress and activist Mrs.Amala. Heartfelt appreciation to Vanadana Ramdeo and Aradhana Krishna for their leadership and bringing all zealous women together. 

One clear message from all of them: women who break down barriers are those who ignore limits! Every empowered woman is self reliant, independent and has the ability to serve others. Nothing can stop us !
