JOYFUL LEARNERS

Breaking away from the rote learning system, we adopt a learner centric participatory learning environment. Our methods are personalized and engage in inquisitive learning. Now a- days children are highly stressed in schools. We use activity based learning through play, song, stories, drama, theater, art and making projects. Learning must be able to grow the children ready to face real life challenges. A rote learning system only deprives them of these skills, such as critical thinking, creative thinking, team work, self-awareness, interpersonal communication and more. These gaps lead to unemployability due to the lack in the required skill sets. To bridge this gap and achieve purposeful education, i4 Connect has integrated a curriculum that nurtures and promotes the culture of learning by joyful learning.

  • English as a life skill

This program helps the children to apply English in their day to day lives enabling them to express themselves better. It is a level specific and year-long intervention, adapting the curriculum developed by IGNIS Careers as per the institutions’ needs. This program is designed for children (K – 12) and youth (UG & PG) to enhance their English  vocabulary for improving communication skills, collaborative learning skills, critical and creative thinking skills to help them progress in their professional and personal lives.

  • Immersion program

Through this program, children build social and emotional awareness. We bridge the gap in acknowledging diversity and widen young minds’ views about our society through an immersion program. It is a field-visit educational program for classes 7 to 9. The children from the urban schools visit the rural and tribal spaces and vice versa to understand the people, geography, culture and accessibility to resources. In these visits, children build their social skills, empathy and practice in action.

  • Summer life skills camp

We conduct summer skill camp-based models via online and offline modes. We focus on exploring creativity with confidence by integrating art, craft, puppetry, storytelling and theater.

Through this camp, children build their Life Skills also, such as creative thinking, critical thinking, collaborative learning, communication and build their confidence. Summer camps can be from a 4 days workshop to a 20 days workshop.
